 By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and that you will endeavour to act honestly and not try to circumvent our security protocols for the protection of our customers and ourselves.

| Online Orders |
All online orders are charged at the point of ordering.
You will be charged the price shown on the website.
We reserve the right to change our prices before the website is updated. In the event that this is necessary the following will occur: 1. If the new price is lower than the price you have paid, the difference will be refunded. 2. If the new price is higher, you will still be charged the price you paid at the time of ordering.

| World Wide Shipping |
Postal charges for overseas orders can be found on the shipping page.
Some items are extremely bulky and heavy, for example, resin buildings. Due to size/weight policies by international delivery firm, this means some items are not economically viable to deliver internationally. If this is the case then your money will be refunded for the items which cannot be delivered.

| UK shipping |
We will always ship items uninsured unless specifically requested and this will be an additional charge. Our normal method of postage is by 1st class Royal Mail or parcel rate depending on the size and weight of the package.
We are happy to use recordrd mail if the customer prefers, but an additional charge will be payable.
We always obtain proof of posting.
Carriage is at the customer's risk for uninsured items. We will pack all goods to a high standard to withstand the rigours of postage. Claims for damaged goods or goods lost in transit will be treated on an individual basis.

| Payment by Credit/Debit card |
We accept credit/debit card payment via Paypal or over the phone.
Cheques payable in UK sterling only please.
We do not accept cash unless by prior arrangement in advance.
Please do not send cash through the post if placing an order by mail.

| Customer Service |
We will aim to dispatch the item within 48 hours unless: A) it is out of stock - in which case we will email you (within the standard 48 hour deadline) to let you know when you can expect to receive your items. B) We're attending an event - in which case you will be emailed within 48 hours of our return to let you know the status of your order - Please see the "See Us At" page for our show dates.
