| Q) I don't like paying by credit card online. Can I still order? |
If you're in the UK then you can either phone or mail your order to me.
If you're not in the Uk and have a Paypal account then contact me via email (info@thehobbybox.biz) and I can invoice you for your order via Paypal.

| Q) I am unable to pay for my order online. The payment link doesn't work. |
Due to the way the Paypal link is set up on the system, there will occasionally be problems with payment.
This is typically due to one the following problems:
1. Internet cookies. These are either not enabled, or are older versions which are blocking the transaction. Enabling/clearing the existing cookies should help.
2. Security. Paypal's payment system is very secure, sometimes a little too much! If the Paypal link detects something it considers 'suspicious', even when nothing bad is actually occurring, it may break the link as a safety measure.
You can either try to pay again, or wait for me to contact you as your unfinished order will still be added to the system in my 'Unpaid' section.

| Q) Will you be attending UK shows ? |
A) Yes. I'm booked into a wide selection of shows around the UK so hopefully I’ll be at a venue near you at some point in the not-too-distant future.

| Q) Can I order stuff for collection at a show ? |
A) Yes. Drop me an email or give me a ring and (providing you give me enough notice) I can bring your order to the show with me.
Obviously if you contact me the day before the show I'm unlikely to be able to bring your order with me unless it is comprised of stock items.

| Q) Will you ship to Europe, the USA and elsewhere in the world ? |

A) Yes. Wherever you happen to be living, if you can receive post, I will aim to get your order to you.

| Q) How much is shipping worldwide? |

| Q) What's the bear for? |
Some people have noticed a small cuddly bear on the stand at shows.
His name is Mr Minkers and he is the Hobbybox mascot.
He is not for sale at any price!
